Liberal Democrat councillors across Watford took to the streets and indeed ladders putting up lamppost poppies in advance of Remembrance Sunday which was on 13th November.
Another attempt to knock down a family home at 40 Stratford Road for a new residential development has come forward.
Following string objections from residents and councillors the planning application to increase the heights of the previously approved development at 50 Clarendon Road from 17 to 24 storeys and 6 storey element to 17 has been rejected.
